Thank You, Lewisville, for Electing Me to City Council.

Now it is Time to Cement the Victory for the Long-Term Success of Our City.

Last December, Lewisville voters spoke resoundingly in favor of my candidacy for Lewisville City Council. They clearly recognized that I was the right candidate – “that one candidate” as my website says on all of my issue pages. Thank you, Lewisville, for your unmistakeable support against two other opponents. You judged fairly on what matters to our city, and who can achieve those results. Your voice was heard, and it did not require a runoff to confirm.

In my time on City Council, I have been very busy. At the recent City Council annual retreat, four of the eight agenda items requested by Councilmen bore my name, including zoning standards, smoking, and future water concerns . You can read about all of these and more on my issues pages. When 17 candidates applied for multiple City Board positions, I was the only Councilman to interview all but two of them (could not be reached) in depth in order to identify the most qualified to serve our City.

Voters demand honesty, integrity, experience, knowledge, forward-thinking and long-term commitment, not just politics and national talking points shrunken to appear like local issues, nor fear-based misrepresentations intended to confuse and mislead voters. I am that one proven candidate that Lewisville can trust.

I am committed to serving the citizens of Lewisville to the best of my ability.  As I have said so many times, I love this city. Its future is vitally important to me, and I know I can guide us with wisdom and responsibility to its citizens. Once again, I ask you, the voter, to affirm that is the quality of Councilman you require, and give me your support. With your vote, and your campaign financial contributions, we can make this happen.
